1965 Shelby Cobra

Painted in Superformance Malachite Green, this hot 427 roadster is going to turn heads wherever you are.

Full polished roadster bumpers, adorn the front and rear ends of this MKIII. This Superformance MKIII has ceramic-coated headers and a custom stainless muffler setup with custom slashed tips.

SP01616 has a 392 small block bored and stroked from a 351W mated to a Tremec 5-Speed transmission. This small block punches well above its class making big block power without the weight! The engine features a custom header tank and ford multi spark ignition. Power Wilwood four-wheel disc brakes and a locking gas cap are standard on this MKIII.

Inside the cockpit, SP01616 features a wooden Cobra steering wheel, along with period correct gauges in the period correct dash layout. The doors are secured by original-style carriage latches. All openings, such as the engine bay, trunk and cabin are wrapped around the steel subframe for increased strength and support. The car features sumptuous black leather seats. Cobra Logo Floor mats line the floor boards.

This Superformance MKIII is a meticulously engineered and crafted reproduction of the original, built under license from Carroll Shelby Licensing Inc. No expense was spared in recreating the legendary car, ensuring an authentic sports car experience.
